Candidate for the position of Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs, School of Public Health
In this session, Dr. Lynn Eberly will lay out the components of her vision for the Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs role and propose some initiatives for those components. Proactive rather than reactive mentoring is a path to creating an inclusive environment that fosters everyone’s success. Dr. Eberly’s mentoring vision also encompasses all appointment types and all ranks. She will also use this presentation to initiate brainstorming with the audience.
