Information about the Event:
A cultural narrative is a story that a group of people who are linked by a particular culture tell about themselves that orders and explains knowledge and experience.
These narratives have a powerful impact on our practices, protocols, and institutional structures within the United States. There are cultural narratives that reinforce systems of structural racism. How can we help to transform these narratives, and how can we use counter narratives as tools for institutional change?
Join us for a Zoom discussion and build skills!
