Simple foods for wellbeing
Despite being stuck at home, feeding ourselves can be relaxing, and nourishing and can feed our spirits as well as our bodies. Join Jenny Breen to learn a few simple and delicious recipes while learning fun and useful tips about cooking, nutrition and generally getting comfortable in the kitchen. Food that will be prepared includes greens with miso dressing and toasted almonds and a simple frittata
