SARS-CoV-2 Infection & Seroprevalence in Healthcare Workers and Anticoagulation Therapy in Relation to COVID-19 Outcomes

This seminar will cover topics relevant to the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Demmer will discuss summarize finding from a point SARS-CoV-2 prevalence study conducted from April – June 2020 among symptom-free health care workers. He will additionally share preliminary findings from continued follow-up of this cohort including initial results from an antibody study was initiated in November 2020. Additionally, he will discuss recent findings related to anticoagulation therapy and COVID-19 outcomes in the M-Health Fairview system and provide an overview of current concepts related to SARS-CoV-2 infection – which test should I get, what do they mean, and where can I find them?
