For the first time in history there are five generations in the workforce, soon to be six. The question many have, is it possible to work with others across generations? This session, a second installment of Working Across Generations, will focus on putting principles and strategies of engaging and working across generations into action. Attendees will be provided strategies, communication styles, as well as opportunity to engage with their peers in case scenarios that will help them look beyond generational stereotypes and become a more effective team member and leader to all people.
