Dori’s research seeks to understand and promote organizational changes that improve care coordination and transitions of care for complex patient populations. Her interdisciplinary training combines organizational studies, implementation/improvement science, and informatics. She uses EHR-generated data and creative mixed methods approaches to explore use and evaluation of health information technology, team-based approaches to care, and organizational capacity for change and innovation in response to a constantly evolving delivery system landscape.
