Ryan Armbruster has designed and delivered healthcare innovation and service design courses since 2006. His teaching focuses on providing the next generation of healthcare leaders with the knowledge, tools, and skills to make the healthcare system work better for people who need care.

Armbruster oversees the Executive Master of Healthcare Administration program for working healthcare professionals and development of new educational offerings. In his professional career, he advises healthcare organizations on how to deliver better services for their customers. Those organizations include Optum, Mayo Clinic, and UnitedHealth Group.
