Kathy Chinn, BA is the Perinatal Prevention and Syringe Services Coordinator for the Minnesota Department of Health. Ms. Chinn has worked in the arena of drug user health, sexual health and HIV/STD prevention for over twenty years. She has experience as a grant manager of state funded HIV and STD prevention education contracts, disease investigation, and community outreach. Ms. Chinn is passionate about social justice, health equity, community involvement and public health. She holds a BA from Macalester College and is also a certified birth doula.
