Health Services Research & Policy PhD candidate at the University of Minnesota, School of Public Health

His research investigates the relationship between insurance and emergency medicine, and standardized plans in the ACA Marketplaces. His dissertation expands upon the latter and examines affordability, health service utilization, and provider networks following the Colorado Option.
