During the listening sessions we will discuss several key questions in facilitated breakout rooms:

• As we move through the strategic planning process, what would you like to see with regard to participation, feedback, information sharing, and timeline?
• What emerging issues should we prepare for over the next 5 years?
• What values or principles should guide our future?
• What are the school’s greatest strengths?
• What can the school do better?
• What should we stop doing?
• What would success look like in research, education, and service?
